How to enrol

Step 1: Submit an enquiry via our contact page or phone the practice with your programme of interest.

Step 2: We'll schedule a brief 15-minute call to answer questions and confirm fit.

Step 3: Once enrolled, you'll receive programme materials, group agreements, and practical next-step information.

Commitment: We ask that you attend at least 6 of 8 sessions, or 5 of 6 for shorter circles. This protects the continuity of the group.

Why group programmes?

Group work offers something individual therapy cannot: the experience of being witnessed and understood by peers who share similar struggles. It is a reminder that you are not alone, that others have walked this path, and that healing can happen in community.

Our programmes are small, facilitated by licensed clinicians, and designed to balance structure with spontaneity. We create space for both learning and connection - theory and lived experience, skill-building and storytelling.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, building emotional regulation skills, or simply seeking connection, our groups offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment to grow alongside others.
